MGMT 7160: Introductory Post

It's been a minute.

Suffice to say, I have not posted as many blogs since I have transitioned into an Enrollment and Administrative role. So, I will start with a very quick life update! After three wonderful years at the University of Memphis, I started a new role as the Assistant Dean for Enrollment and Student Success at Baylor University. During my time at the University of Memphis I decided to go back to school and pursue an MBA. I have learned a great deal, and along the way developed a new appreciation for working adults who decide to continue their education.

Despite changing jobs and moving 600 miles, I decided to see this commitment to the end. I am now in my final semester and as a part of the capstone, we are assigned to start our own blog. So, here is the first post of many over the next ten weeks.
