STUDIO NEWS
Introducing the Marshall Tuba Studio Class of 2013:
Nick Hartley, Jordan Henry, Kelvin Moats, Josh Sharp, and John Skaggs!
Information for new students.
New Fall 2009: Tubonium will rehearse from 6:15-7:45 on
Thursdays. Tuba studio class will occur from 8:00-8:50 on Thursdays.
Please plan your schedule accordingly.
Fall 2009 audition music will be posted by August 1.
The Marshall University Tuba Studio is comprised of both music majors (mostly
music education and performance) and music minors. Most students are
originally from the Tri-State area with a few coming to Marshall from locations
throughout the country. Students enroll in private lessons where the main
objective is to help each individual be their best along their desired career
path. Numerous performance opportunities are available in the
Department of Music
including our Wind Symphony, Orchestra, Marching Band, Jazz Ensembles,
Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble, and many chamber ensembles. Please feel free to peruse this site for
