- We are hosting focus groups to better understand the needs of music educators regarding tuba and euphonium instruction. We welcome your participation! Here is a website to sign up.
- Low Brass High Standards will present a clinic at the Michigan Music Conference on January 29, 2022 at 4:00pm. Our topic "Low Brass, High Standards 101: Back to Basics" will introduce our research and its impact on the cornerstones of euphonium and tuba pedagogy.

- Our research includes a survey of nearly 700 Music Educators throughout the United States with a goal of comparing the confidence of teaching the tuba and euphonium to other mitigating factors. With our findings, we will offer program planning strategies, methods to bolster pedagogical approaches, and suggestions to improve teacher education curriculum; provide access to instructional resources; and publish data to assist with decision making and advocacy.
